【摘要】:ThispartofISO/TR10046providesadditionalinformationandexamplestosupporttheimplementationofISO18653.Itproposesevaluationandcalibrationproceduresforinvolute,helix,pitch,runout,andtooththicknessmeasurementprocesses.Methodsaregivenforevaluationoftheconditionandalignmentsofinstrumentelementssuchascentres,guideways,probesystems,etc.Recommendationsareincludedforestablishmentofaproperenvironmentandforstatisticaldataevaluationprocedures.ItalsocoverstheapplicationofgearartifactstotheestimationofU95measurementprocessuncertainty.Guidanceontheapplicationofmeasurementprocessestotheinspectionofproductgearsisprovided,includingfitnessforuseandtherecommendedlimitsforU95uncertaintybasedupontheaccuracytolerancesofproductgearstobeinspected.Manyofitsrecommendationsmayalsobeapplicabletothemeasurementofworms,wormwheels,bevelgearsandgearcuttingtools.
